CANON PERSONAL COPIER PARTS  We sell parts for the Canon personal copiers. Unless it is an incredibly easy description (like exit tray or exposure lamp) you must supply part numbers.  If you don’t have the number you can order a mini-manual or factory parts manual.  We will not research parts anymore. Sorry.

USED PERSONAL COPIER PARTS  We have our own retail operation, which specializes in carry-in service. As a result, we often have used machines that we are willing to sell parts from. As a general rule, we save to sell only the expensive parts, on which you can save a substantial amount. Typically, these are boards, fusers, etc. at ½ to 2/3 the cost of the new part. If a new main board is $100, a used one might be $25 to $65. The price will vary, depending on supply & demand, condition of the used part, etc. We always verify that a used part was working before the machine is condemned. There are no guarantees.

SHARP PERSONAL COPIER PARTS  We can order all.  We stock almost nothing.

FACTORY SERVICE MANUALS  We can obtain service manuals for most machines, as described in more detailed earlier in this catalog. Payment in advance or by credit card is usually required.

We have a $25.00 minimum on parts orders. We will add $5.00 handling charge to the
order if it is below $25.00. We modify this under certain circumstances. We have a heart!

TECHNICIAN’S TRAINING $475.00.

The IMAGING GUIDE TO XEROGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT is included.

We no longer schedule regular training classes.  However, I will do training on request.  I teach basic introduction to servicing copiers and printers.  The training is aimed at technicians who do not have much experience with office equipment or who may have experience, but no formal training.  We do not train on particular models.  Although the training class is now digital, I will cover analog theory and problems if requested.  Many of those machines are still out there.  The training class is normally 2 days and is usually conducted on a Friday and Saturday. 

There is no minimum class size. Individual arrangements can be made.  We are located on Long Island, about 60 miles east of Mid-town Manhattan.  Due to unpredictable weather conditions, we don’t usually hold classes between December 10^th & March 1^st, though arrangements can be made if you are close by and willing to chance it.  In some cases, I am willing to travel to your location.

Remember, we now have a Copier Printer Training Video Package.  $125 for a 2-hour VHS tape, including voice over, annotated script, and The Imaging Guide to Xerographic Equipment.
