TRAINING

Xerographic Copier/Fax/Printer Theory, Operation, Troubleshooting

This is usually a two-day course, though for large groups three days is required.  I don’t schedule these but run the course by appointment.  Other arrangements can be made.  I sometimes travel to locations as required to do the training. Many prefer this to sending their people on trips since they would only have to pay for my expenses. I have done technician training and basic xerographic imaging training for many independent dealers, for after-market supplier employees, for patent attorneys and other miscellaneous individuals who need education in this industry. Our publication THE IMAGING GUIDE is included.  There is no minimum class size. Individual arrangements can be made. We are located on Long Island, about 60 miles east of Mid-town Manhattan.

Although I have a highly structured course that I use for technician training, I usually modify the course structure to accommodate the individual requests. For example, some want a less technical but more historical overview, some wish to ignore certain products or types of products, some want heavy customer relations and technician technique whereas some wish only technical.
